Our decorating parties are designed to be fun, hands-on, and family-friendly. To make sure every celebration runs safely and smoothly, we ask that all hosts read and follow the supervision guidelines below.

 Age Guidelines

Decorating parties are suitable for children aged 8 years and older.

Children under 8 years old cannot participate in these workshops.

Host/Parent Responsibility
By booking a children’s decorating party, you agree that:

The party host (the birthday child’s parent/guardian) is responsible for supervising all attending children during the session.

the Little Bake Gallery staff will guide the decorating activity but are not responsible for childcare, supervision, or behaviour management.

You (the host) must ensure there are enough supervising adults present to support and oversee the group.

You accept full responsibility for the children’s safety, wellbeing, and behaviour during the party.

 Our Request
We kindly ask hosts and supervising adults to remain present, actively supervise, and assist children as needed. This helps ensure every guest has a safe, enjoyable, and creative experience.
